This is a large elegant family villa that we are designing for our clients from Germany.
The plot is in El Rosario which is an up market residential estate to the East of Marbella.
We submitted the application for the building licence in May 2019.
There are many delays at Marbella town hall and some uncertainty relating to the sewerage arrangements for the estate.
We hope to be working on the execution project in the summer of 2019.
