This villa is now nearing completion having been on hold for a few years at our clients behest.
Its beautifully proportioned and has all you need. It has four bedrooms with the master on-suite with a dressing room. 3 have sea views. It has a spacious, open plan, living kitchen dining area next to the shaded terrace next to the pool. The prientation is south. The garden has a BBQ area / outside kitchen and shaded terrace for dining al freso. Everywhere the spaces work really well. Its a warm energy efficient villa not far from the sea in Torremolinos.

Our client is an architect from Ireland who chose this location very carefully. He can walk to the train station that takes him directly to the airport and travel easily for his work.
It is a very energy efficient villa designed to make the most of the plot. It has 20 cm of insulation which far exceeds what is normal in Spain. It has underfloor heating, good quality windows and doors for an airtight fit. An air source heat pump for hot water and heating.
We are anticipating energy efficient certificate B as a minimum probably an A.
