The conclusión of his market analysis are that 100,000 new homes are required every year until 2020 and after that 140,000 a year for the following 5 years.
If this is right property values will increase by 40% over the next 5 years which makes Spanish property a very attractive investment.

We also know that the market varies greatly according to local supply and demand conditions. There is certainly a shortage of good looking, comfortable, energy efficient homes.”
