After looking at plots for many years including in Montemayor and other locations our clients finally bought a plot in Bel Air to the West of Marbella. I think they bought very well.
The plot seems very good value for money. It is close to the beach. There will be open sea views from the fist floor. The plot is flat so no additional costs of site preparation. The planning situation is straightforward. Not far away in Los Flamencos land is twice as expensive. So I think our clients did very well.
These images are of the initial designs. We have incorporated everything in the house that our clients want and we are just checking in with the cost estimates before proceeding. Its an energy efficient villa with an open plan living kitchen dining area looking out over a shaded terrace for seamless inside / outside living towards the pool. We are experimenting with different ways of designing the roof and the external aesthetics.
