Our clients have just carried out an integral modernization of this beautiful villa in Sotogrande. They have installed new floors, doors, windows, re-decorated inside and out. There is a new heating and cooling system, a large new photovoltaic system and new domotics and they have remodeled the inner courtyard.
They have completely transformed it and, although this was not their intention, massively improved its value. We know this because they are now looking to sell and to build a new villa from scratch.
It just goes to show what can be done with good taste and good judgement.
I love the shaded and open terraces and the views across the countryside to the Mediterranean.
